This Payments and Refunds Policy outlines the terms for Marvalero’s handling of user payments, subscription management, data processing, and refund policies. By using Marvalero’s platform, users agree to these terms, governed by applicable Pakistan payment and consumer protection laws.
1. Payment Processing and Subscription Payments

Third-Party Payment Gateway: Marvalero collaborates with Swich, a third-party payment gateway provider in Pakistan, to securely process all payments, including consumer payments, merchant transactions, and subscription payments for salons. Swich is fully compliant with industry standards to ensure the secure handling of financial data.

User Consent and Authorization: By authorizing a payment or subscribing to a Marvalero plan, users consent to Swich’s handling of their financial information. Marvalero itself does not store or manage sensitive payment details.

Subscription Payments and Terms:

Automatic Subscription Renewal: Marvalero subscription plans for salons are automatically renewed each billing period. Users agree to automatic payments and the associated charges at each renewal.

Recurring Payment Setup: Users will be prompted to save their payment details with the gateway provider to facilitate recurring payments.

Subscription Cancellation: Salons can cancel their subscription at any time from their Marvalero account. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the billing cycle, with no refunds for partial months.

2. Data Privacy and Security

Data Handling and Security: All transactions through Swich are encrypted and comply with Pakistan’s data protection standards. Marvalero does not access or store sensitive payment details and relies on Swich for all payment processing.

Data Retention: Transaction history, excluding sensitive data, is retained by Marvalero for reporting and support purposes. Financial information is stored only by Swich according to their retention policies.
3. Refunds and Cancellations

Merchant Refund Policy: Each salon may set its refund policy for consumer payments on the Marvalero platform. Users should carefully review a business’s refund terms before completing a purchase, as Marvalero cannot alter or override these policies.

Refund Requests for Subscriptions:

Marvalero offers no refunds for partially used subscription periods. In the event of a billing error, Marvalero may, at its sole discretion, offer a one-time refund.

Users seeking refunds for subscription fees must contact Marvalero Support at cs@marvalero.com within seven days of the charge.

Refund Processing Time: Once a refund is approved, it may take 5-7 business days to process through Swich, depending on the financial institution and processing schedule.
Cancellation Policy
At Marvalero, we value your time and strive to provide a seamless experience for both businesses and consumers. If you need to cancel an appointment, we encourage you to do so as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience. Cancellations made within the business's specified cancellation window will not incur any charges. However, late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges as outlined in the individual business's cancellation policy. Please review the specific policy of your selected salon or service provider before booking. Businesses retain the right to define their cancellation terms, and Marvalero facilitates the process but does not determine individual policies.

Appointment Cancellations

If you need to cancel an appointment, we encourage you to do so as soon as possible to avoid inconvenience.

Subscription Cancellations

Business accounts subscribing to Marvalero’s SaaS platform can cancel their subscription at any time.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

Subscriptions canceled after the billing date will not be eligible for refunds for the current billing period, but access to the platform will remain active until the end of the paid term.

Businesses on promotional plans will revert to standard pricing if they resubscribe after cancellation.
By using Marvalero, you agree to these terms and the individual policies set by our partner businesses.
4. Disputes and Chargebacks

Dispute Resolution: Users should resolve any service disputes directly with the salon or business in question. Marvalero may assist with dispute documentation but is not liable for individual business policies.

Chargeback Policy: Chargebacks should only be initiated if all other resolution attempts have failed. Users are expected to notify Marvalero before filing a chargeback.
